声音艺术博物馆将于10月30日在多功能听开展关于“东北亚传统萨满文化”为主题的工作坊，内容涉及古代萨满鼓相关的治愈及艺术表达其现实意义、用萨满鼓进行音乐治愈遇见的常见问题等。
人类在物欲横流、车水马龙中间，不辞辛劳的、匆忙高效的追逐着各种功名利禄，于东奔西走的躁动里患得患失，不安忐忑，时而喜悦、时而悲伤、时而烦恼、时而愤怒……
但无论怎样，天地山河都不会受到人类的干扰，它们安静的看着人类的一言一行，一举一动，不发一言，万万年如此。
终极的振动，外面看起来往往是一种安静。而动静⾃若，则是一种让所有转化自然发生的智慧，人类破坏不了这个天条。神圣的能量显化是内心可以动静自若的与天地同和。
The Sound Art Museum will hold a workshop on October 30th at the forum with the theme of 'Northeast Asian Traditional Shaman Culture', covering topics such as the therapeutic and artistic expression of ancient shaman drums and common issues encountered in music therapy using shaman drums.
Amidst the flood of material desires and the hustle and bustle of life, humans tirelessly and efficiently pursue various fame and fortune, feeling anxious and restless in their frenzied movements, sometimes joyful, sometimes sad, sometimes worried, sometimes angry...
But no matter what, the heavens and the earth remain undisturbed by human interference, silently observing human words and actions, unchanging for millions of years.
The ultimate vibration often appears quiet on the surface. Being at ease with movement and stillness is a wisdom that allows all transformations to occur naturally, and humans cannot destroy this natural law. The manifestation of divine energy is the harmony between the inner self and the heavens and the earth.

嘉宾介绍
韩萧寒，职业作曲家，自1993 年至今一直从事各类音乐工作及各种类型的舞台表演，2003 年后回归自己民族——通古斯满族的音乐蒐集、整理和再创作；有大量影视配乐作品及歌曲集；当下作品都取材于白山黑水的满族古神话传说（包括乌勒本史诗），音乐本体创作上立足民族音乐学的逻辑,应用西洋现代作曲方法，流畅中充满神秘、苍凉、飘渺的东方情境，乐界叫他“音乐萨满”；又因为常常结合诗歌形式写作歌曲的缘故而被称为音乐诗人。
2013年起韩萧寒开始学习世界各地的灵性知识，举办了萨满鼓的学习课程。2019年开始接恩合家族萨满的乌云。其曲作被应用在超过十部以上的影视作品中，出版过十套唱片，在奥地利维也纳、西班牙马德里、荷兰、波黑、新加坡、印尼、泰国等国家及台湾地区曾多次成功举办音乐会。
Han Xiaohan is a professional composer who has been involved in music and stage performances since 1993. From 2003, he has focused on collecting, organizing, and reinterpreting the music of the Tungusic-Manchu people, his own ethnic group.He has an extensive portfolio of film scores, songs, and music inspired by Manchu folklore and mythology, including the Ulaanben epic. His compositions combine elements of Western modern composition with Eastern mystique, earning him the nickname "Music Shaman" in the industry. He is also known as a "Music Poet" for his songwriting in poetic form. In 2013, he began studying spiritual knowledge and conducted various spiritual courses. In 2019, he started practicing shamanism within the Enhe family. His music has been featured in over ten films and TV productions, and he has released multiple albums. Han Xiaohan has performed concerts in countries and regions such as Austria, Vienna, Spain, Madrid, the Netherlands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan province.
KRISTIINA KOSKENTOLA 是一位出生于芬兰的视觉艺术家。她在伦敦艺术大学/切尔西学院获得博士学位（2017 年）。目前，她的工作时间分布在阿姆斯特丹、赫尔辛基和北京。从事艺术工作许多年。

Koskentola is a Finnish born visual artist. She earned her PhD from the University of the Arts/ Chelsea College in London (2017). Currently she divides her time between Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Beijing, where she has. wintered for over a decade.
Koskentola's recent work explores processes of knowledge production, polyvocal subjectivity and the agency of multiple co-actors (human and beyond) often through intersecting "peripheral", material and spiritual ecologies, and socio- and ecopolitics. Her transdisciplinary practice spans across divers media including video, installation, interactive performative (cooking) projects, publications, and lectures.

精通鄂伦春族语言，能了解并讲述解鄂伦春民族故事百余个；会唱鄂伦春民歌 1260 余首，深入掌握鄂伦春《摩苏昆》说唱艺术；掌握鄂伦春传统民间舞蹈《吕日格仁舞》《斗熊舞》等舞蹈；精通制作传统服饰、萨满服饰、刺绣、剪纸等民族工艺，并能制作鄂伦春族特有建筑“撮罗子” 。了解鄂伦春族狩猎文化及民俗文化。
